Guards Order Form

To submit an order or quote for Oil Tight Casings or Drive Guards, follow these four steps to fill out an order or quote form.

2. Using the Dimension Guideline graphic, fill in the following information:

	Bore Size of "S1"
"R"	Sprocket or Sheave (O.D./2)+2.5"

"W"	Length of Longest Hub Plus 1.5" for Opening in One Side, 2" for Openings on Both Sides of Casing or Guard
"T"	Take Up - One Chain Pitch *
	* Horizontal take up is standard. If vertical take up is required, please specify.

3. Using the Sprocket or Sheave Position Diagram, first click on the applicable sprocket or sheave circle. Then type the center distance dimension, and horizontal and/or vertical location dimensions on the right side of the diagram:

Click on appropriate yellow Sprocket or Sheave Number.
Enter Center Distance
(C.D.) dimension.

FLOOR LINE

Type in location dimensions for
Horizontal Distance.

(if you choose 1 or 5, this should be entered as zero)

Type in location dimensions for
Vertical Distance.

(if you choose 3 or 7, this should be entered as zero)
